You can use a 3PDT toggle with the extra pole switching one of the leads of the LED.

qbe- From a quick glance, I believe your layout is correct. I would though, consider compacting the design as digi01 suggested. The output tr's do get hot, but don't really need to be heatsinked. Also, you might want to get rid of unnecessary via's as they do ever so slightly, impede the flow...

JohnFerrier- Yeah, I don't know what's up with those Elma knobs. I ended up getting a pair of DACT knobs that perfectly fit as can be seen in my first post. Very nice knobs I must say (expensive though). The pcb is quite large, but I that'll change in my next revision.
