Voltage rating you mean? 16V typical or higher. That single power cap next to the Creative CA20K1 DSP is on a 1.2 volt rail (see the X-Fi details from bichi in that Layman's guide) output from TI TPS54352 VR ... so a typical 6V rating would be more than adequate. X-fi to amp connection
Line 2 and 3 are specifically for the side-speakers and sub-woofers for 5.1 - 7.1 sets. You could probably get some sort of output, but I don't think it'll be the same as the main line output. Perhaps utilizing the flexi-jack as a digital source would be the better option, though I can't...- stormcloud

Best Op-amp for X-Fi Prelude/Meridian or socketed soundcard if using an amp is NONE
Basing on an LM4562, pins 3 and 6 are non-inverting and inverting inputs (respectively) for channel A and channel B respectively. That leaves pins 2 and 5 for signals. Wouldn't the right and left outputs be out of phase with each other?- stormcloud
