I found a solder bridge, and fixed it. The buds don't get hot anymore, but still there's no sound in the right channel. I'll guess I killed the opamp.

I've built (or should I say tried to build) a Banzai Cmoy based on an eBay kit.    The problem is, that when I power it on and start playing music, the music is heard only through the left channel. There is no sound in the right channel, but the right earplug gets hot (the left doesn't)!  ...
