Thanks for the feedback. Would you say the LCX brings just a tad of warmth to the K712's? Because I've also read that the LCX is practically a gen 2 Liquid Carbon, and that version, along with the gen 1 too, was said to bring just a little warmth to the table.

You can't go wrong with the Philips Fidelio X2. A great performing open back headphone for gaming and music that doesn't really need any additional amping.

I've been debating on picking up the remaster. My buddy has it on pc and I've been watching him play it occasionally. Overall it looks pretty good, I just hate how they changed the way bonfires look. At least they fixed the Blighttown frame rate issues.

I've been wanting to build a pc here recently, but with the inflated prices of gpu's and ram (thanks crypto miners!), I'm going to wait a little longer. If you're quick though, you can find decent prices here and there. Still it can be a hassle.

SBX carries through line-out and optical out correct? So I could carry SBX through to another Amp/DAC in the chain?

Is the SE output on the Mjolnir 2 really as bad as some people say? I plan on upgrading to the Ether Flow Open soon, so going balanced will be nice, but I currently have the K712.

I have the K712's myself. I've been using them for about a year and a half now and I have only good things to say about them. They really are great all-rounders for gaming.

Anyone here try the K712 with a Liquid Carbon X? I've read they're a good pairing, but it was only from a couple of sources. Trying to find more opinions on the matter.

Is the op-amp rolling the same process on both the standard and LE variants of the X7? I imagine it is but I'm just making sure.
