I don't think it implies that they won't ship. I think what it means is that if you have a problem and you bought direct then you would need to send it back to them for repair and not to the UK distributor. 

So...update my fellow headfiers... I brought home a Valhalla 2 and tried it out. It was fairly new with under 10 hours of use. First impressions, compared to coming off straight from a MacBook were good. Clearer sound, more power, bigger soundstage. Listened to with the Shures a bit, but...

Do you think the Valhalla 2 will be ok? Reason I'm asking is that I've been offered one locally for a very good price that's only a couple of weeks old (buyer remorse) by a colleague (I've looked at invoices etc)?

Hey Guys... Just wondered what you thought regarding the D10 used with HD650s...Currently away from my Audible Illusions L1 (used as a head amp) and feeling that anything will be an improvement. Need a dac as well as amp so specs wise it looks just spot on... Any comments appreciated.
