I have not, but I don't think its the cable as its a recent development? I might be wrong. Also, the volume doesn't matter and the buzz will be the same loudness no matter what I do. Also, my Ic cables are shielded, I am not 100 percent on the power though now you mention it.- Starvingforschiit

Hey Guys. Sorry if this is a noob question, but my left channel can randonly start to have what sounds like electrical interference, and I have to unplug the headphones for a bit. I have wiggled the tubes but not much more. Could it be a contact issue and I clean it, or does it sound like a...- Starvingforschiit

Hey mate. Did you get your HS01 in the end? I have just bought one so would be curious if it is as good as the Idefender. Thanks- Starvingforschiit

Thanks man, this is unbelievably helpful to me. I have a 50 dollar off coupon for shenzhen so I will get the HS01 since it will only cost me about 20 dollars now, which seems a crazy bargain if it gets me that sweet silence. Thanks for that video, really showed it working which is exciting...- Starvingforschiit

Topping D90
Hey guys. So I have a major ground loop issue where my main station for listening to music, is also a 3080 gaming pc. I can't really change the wiring around in my flat, and my motherboard doesn't support optical, unfortunately. When I use my Tube amp I get major noise when I move the mouse, I...- Starvingforschiit

ThieAudio Signature Series Tribrid IEMs
Unfortunately I don't have another cable. The only thing I can see, is one of the cables is clearly red at the end, and the blue one has a gap and I can kinda see the two pins? I'll get in contact and hopefully it's not too much hassle (or wait) for a working pair. Thanks- Starvingforschiit

ThieAudio Signature Series Tribrid IEMs
Hey guys. So I just received my monarch v1 and unfortunately there is a loud crackle when I let the volume up a fair bit on my modius and a90. This only happens on the blue, lefthand channel. It can happen with some guitar and especially bass on some daft punk tracks. I'm thinking this is...- Starvingforschiit

Looks lovely, bet it sounds even better. The eBay bid I had my eye on ends today for mine so wish me luck, hopefully end today with a gumby also, fingers crossed.- Starvingforschiit

Schiit Gungnir DAC
That's helpful, I imagine I would feel the same. My listening is mostly headphones also, although my two-channel does get used when I can (I am in a flat at the minute)- Starvingforschiit

Nice, I figured as much. I think I am pretty set on the Gumby. Hey, thanks for this. I think at this point its a different flavor of an R2R dac, so either way it could just be preference at that level anyway.- Starvingforschiit

Thanks for getting back to me. So, I could technically afford it but it wouldn't be that comfortable. I'd make the sacrifice if the difference is worth it. I feel like the gumby is more than enough for atleast a year though and I could always upgrade.- Starvingforschiit

Hey guys. I will probably get some slanted replies here but figured it's a decent place to ask. I can get a Gumby for about 800 pounds after I sell my old DAC, or a Yggdrasil for about 1600. Obviously, a 100 percent increase is a lot, and I am pretty sure there won't be that much between them...- Starvingforschiit

II I am indeed. I have a 3080 powered pc that I use a lot and that's connected to my audio rig. I will definitely get a pi solution when I move. However, at the minute I have a flat where my gaming pc is besides my TV setup connected to my floorstanders, so 90 percent of my listening is through...- Starvingforschiit

Thanks mate. Listening now, and even with the stock tubes its so much better than my Darkvoice with more expensive tubes in it. Next step is getting a new motherboard with Spdif, would an adapter be worth it or would it degrage quality?- Starvingforschiit

Can't disagree with your logic, they seem to be working fine. Interesting. Maybe I just got really unlucky with those tubes.- Starvingforschiit
