hi all, there is a usb to mini jack in the package. wondering what is it for? someone told me it can be used as a line out or in cable. can anyone help confirm this pls. cos i cant get it to work .. sorry for my noobness there is external input mode .. but is there an line out function...

i certainly love the sound of X thou i have not heard D2 yet. X certainly sound better then my past touch/pod and zen xfi i got my hand on. from each his own, every pair of ears and preferences are different. what you think is noise could be music to another. if X aint for you, so be it .. lol...

i've picked up the x1060 from my cousin that happened to work at a major store with an impressive discount. the serial number is 50104xx and its made in malaysia! i have lots of friends using iTouch and Zens.. etc, but not x1000. Therefore was not able to get a set to get my hand all over it...

hi guys .. supposed to pick up the x1060 later. but just wondering . anyone using a external amp with this player? as there is a digital amp inside .. then with another amp will be double amping. i noticed a few user here with P51 and i got the predator. are they good together as double amping...

yeah, westone cable is good as its small but didnt like its length most of the cables for earphone should be able to last years. but it seem that the more expensive the earphone cable is, the shorter it will last which is crap. they really need to relook at the material and stuffs.

sorry to side track .. but any comparison of ue 700 to superfi 5 pro? but the bass and stuffs.

Good day all, I took my mp3 player and amp down to a popular audiophile shop to check out the IEMs they have to offer. The Triplefi 10 impress me the most followed by Superfi 5 Pro. Tried Shure SE530 & Westone 3/UM2 but i guess the fit is not suitable for me. Somehow, the sale person...

the difference between the cables makes alot of difference. westone cables are so much softer therefore more suitable .. so long you get the IEMs to stay where they are.
