    Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt - Out Of Warranty Service ?

    I have lost sound from the left channel of this DAC; I stopped by Crutchfield and had them confirm it was the DAC and not just a cable. Has anyone sent one of these portable DAC's to AQ for service? What was your experience? I am sure it is debatable whether or not this is cost effective.

    I use a Dragonfly Cobalt with my car stereo via line in; my Dragonfly Dragintail adapter has a bad wire internally I believe. Is there anything better out there I could use or should I just order a new Dragontail... not really looking to upgrade the dongle DAC at this point. Thanks!
