It is another app, but it replaces the existing app launcher. Nova launcher is pretty lightweight in terms of CPU and memory usage. I haven't tried using it on my A105 yet as I want to continue seeing how it performs with mostly stock stuff. So far, I'm really liking it.

Has anyone tested out the ambient sound mode and noise cancelling functions on the A105? I see these in the specs on Sony's website but I haven't seen anything about how well they work.
