Bump. This is still an occasional issue for me. I still have no idea what is causing it. One more thing I noticed is that when I type on my keyboard while this problem is happening, there will be a popping noise for each keystroke.

This setup has always worked fine. I don't think I changed anything at all. The e17 works fine via usb. While docked, the e17 is recognized by windows and the screen shows 96K 24bit. I tried the reset button on the e17. I tried to see if LO bypass would work. I've tried rebooting my pc...
