You might be right I agree but since Sony is not clear it can be both, the reason I thought of a downsampling and after that a upsampling is that in my experience in IT when you can do things properly or do things the least logical way it's most of the time the second that is choosen ... :wink:

Hi the problem is that the stream is at 192khz them android reduce it to 48khz and Sony then needs to upsample to 192khz to stay really hi res, so you can thankx Android for this non sense
