New chassis looks better than the last VCR design. If it means the device actually gets delivered.. All I can say is there better not be any extra postage or duties... A reminder the items were to be sent with a lower declared value than the supposed RRP

Sure, we bought a piece of art. No worries, just change that to a biscuit tin. No one would care. Of course we would. But a simple case and a refund for the case that wasn't delivered if they actually just give up and want us to get the product would be better than never getting anything. Can...

So when they arrive do they come with the dust on them or shall I pick it up off the spot on the shelf where it's supposed to have sat for the last 4 years? And is this the new chassis? The simple one? They can't get that right?

So... What's there any FAQ..? What happened.. I'm assuming nothing like before.

Number of original chassis being produced and ETA. Quicker getting original or new chassis? ETA on delivery. Have all the components been finished and in storage all this time? If so please post photos of every mainboard in one photo. If not can we opt for a refund.

I bought into this fiasco as a first bite at high end audio gear. So for most of those 4 years I've watch my son be born, walk and talk without any movement on this 'investment'. I have a set of HE 560's with nothing to plug them into and no want to buy anything else after being burnt so badly...

While you are there get some more pics of the new manufacturing plant. Any new chassis produced yet?

At least I got my HE-560's.. although they are turning out to be the most expensive set of HE-560's ever

Well a photo with a dated newspaper and the 7x chassis would go a long way to helping .

So I like the new design.. not 100% without seeing how the tubes look when in.. How do we select the new chassis and how much quicker will delivery be?
