I’ve had similar issues in the past. I use Auto wax and grease remover applied with a cotton pipe cleaner or a interdental spiral brush. Both are also great for cleaning IEMs ear tips. The pipe cleaners also store them efficiently. Cheers

When I have had problems with playlists (slow opening) battery charging or glitches in music files I choose ~DROP DOWN MENU >nut icon>DEFAULT SETTINGS (last one) >INITIALIZE MEDIA SCAN. Takes a few minutes, an icon shows on top bar and disappears when finished. Works every time.
