Have you tried different USB ports or a different computer. Try a different USB cable if you have one. After plugging it in, have a look through all the categories in Device Manager - do you see any devices with a yellow exclamation? Sometimes it won't be correctly categorised if it's not...

Have you tried it with another computer? One of my USB sound cards had problems which turned out to be the USB port I was using.

My GR07s have really started suffering from the cable greening, did anyone find a solution for that?

I'm considering getting either the GR06 or GR07. Does anyone who owns them know if they're comfortable to sleep with? I've previously owned the MG7 Atrios and the Xears TD-IIIs, I liked the bass of the Atrios but prefer the more interesting mid/treble of the Xears, can anyone compare them?
