Mine are FLAC files. All my 24/88,2 files sound distorted. I don't know if it's a firmware issue (I downloaded the last version on FIIO site) or a specific default on my DAP.

I confirm that X5 do not read correctly 24/88,2 files. I don't know if James or Joe have any info about this issue.
