Will it be helpful to buy a Schiit Wryd? I never used that but it seems that someone had good luck with it.

Absolutely right. lcd 2 has been on my next gear list for a while.

I am now using dt880 pro. Sometimes when listen to music with a big dynamic change, the sound will tend to be "blurry". I am now using lyr 2 as the Amp with amperex globe. Maybe I should try to find better tubes for it.

Very good point! The source and Amp cost too much. There is always a balance ay to spend the money.

I don't know lcd 3. But lcd 2 with schiit lyr 2 and bifrost is good. Maybe as an upgrade of lcd2, lcd3 will be alright with them or their upgrade as well?

The $800 is only for headphones or including dac/amp? It reminds me of the old discussion of upgrading headphone or amp or source first.

Maybe you could try the 32 Ohm version without amp. But magni 2 will do its job to the 250 Ohm as well.

This is a small and well-build stuff. The sound is just plain.
