So it is more punchy/fun sounding but for me the Treble Presentation is too fatiguing, especially if you have already IEMs that are strong in this Frequency Area.     I had both. The M1S had a more offensive Treble Presentation (Shanling House Sound). The R3 II is the more neutral of the both. If you're Treble sensitive, take R3 II. If you're Tidal User The M1S is better, Tidal works there flawless. Offline they are equaly good.

    @JasonNYC Is it possible to add a "Low Gain" Mode to the AK Control App for sensitive Phones? Especially on the Balanced Output there is too much Power, so Volume Control isn't that precise like on your DAPs

    @JasonNYC Talking about the HB1: Please add a "Volume Lock" Function in the App. Especially in USB Mode and sometimes in my Pocket the Volume Wheel is suddenly moving and changes the Volume. Thank you!
