I have yet to get a good amp for my Q701's but currently use a Bravo 12AU7 amp I got from eBay. Have not heard how they sound on a more powerful amp but to be honest I'm happy how they sound from this one.

Listening to mine now, love them! Great for listening to while the kids are playing outside. Can still hear the music but doesn't block the kids out.

Can't talk the mrs into going, probably just hop on the bike and have a nice day away than.

Subscribing...   Would be really interested to try my Q701's on a decent amp, never had the opportunity yet. Now lets see if I can talk the wife in going to a headphone meet up. 

I just picked up the TBSE today new for $60 at a local store.    First thought straight out of my iPhone I was not too impressed. Mind you I normally use my Q701's but needed a closed HP for privacy reasons.   I have now been listening to them for a couple hours now, using a Bravo 12AU7...

Just received the phones, listened to 'em for 5 minutes... Kramer and quarter mod done minutes after, now just waiting on the pads. :D

Just ordered some PortaPro's and PX200 pads, anxiously awaiting the arrival.
