Ultimate Ears UE 900 Discussion and Impressions Thread
I am curious if you have bought yours directly from pro.ultimateears.com and what exactly failed for you. Just had myself a look at their product page. And it is clearly stated warranty is supposed to be 1 year. But looking further inside the warranty FAQ, manufacture defects on external shell...- Sayajin

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
Not same, the diameter on the TF10's are a bit smaller. And coming from stock cable, you definitely going to file the pins a bit on those cables. Other than that, they being among the greatest cable I ever had. Light, flexible and lasts for many months hard use at same time.- Sayajin

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
I never seen or heard myself anything like nozzles or shells for sale, through the many years I have known TF10. And dealing with the shell and internal assured, don't do this. ;) Currently I have a broken left ear piece with a terminal broken completely off, revealing the wires inside the...- Sayajin

Shure SE846: A New In-Ear Flagship From Shure. Finally! (Impressions p26-28)
Looks like an impressive work and movement from Shure, In any case it's eye candy. But I fear price level will go madness again for Europe and Australia. Cannot wait to see local price tags. xD- Sayajin

Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10 Thread
I suppose you have stock cable, then answer is no. Make yourself the simple rule, that as long as you place and facing the L and R on the cable inwards, then the polarity will be correct. Let's say you face the connector with the letter side towards you and the pins downwards, the ground...- Sayajin

Z-5500 delivered good value even at 450$ but that's five years now. Agree this system miss EQ settings but just fine as it is. Quality is great, the model however is discontinued.- Sayajin

Sony XBA Series Review and Comparison (XBA-1, 2, 3, 4)
Thanks. Shame no stores here selling the mic version of XBA-3 and XBA-4.... more waiting. I don't use iPhone or any similar myself, a mic normally bit redundant for daps only. :) For those who are wondering, mic versions are named like this: XBA-1ip XBA-2ip XBA-3ip XBA-4ip- Sayajin

Sony XBA Series Review and Comparison (XBA-1, 2, 3, 4)
Nice work! Sorry about your wallet. Noticed by now these finally found way to my areas. This could be tempting, only I'd disliked a bit my old EX71SL for their J cord style.- Sayajin

19 custom IEM/TF10/Shure/IE8 cables reviewed (Effect Pearl, Apollo, & Odin added 3/20/13)
Thanks for the explanation, never store or place my cables in a pocket though, when comes to expensive stuff most stays home on my table. I certainly avoid winding cables up and things like that during, neither like to store them in a small box for same reason. Well if that's not enough keeping...- Sayajin

19 custom IEM/TF10/Shure/IE8 cables reviewed (Effect Pearl, Apollo, & Odin added 3/20/13)
Have to say, I also thought same to begin with. I used this combo already and quite happy with it. Today I'm bit confused. What happened to me twice now, exact 1 month from receiving, I've got bad signal from one channel, found that to be a problem at the bottom end of the cable. What the hell...- Sayajin
