Are these regular or pro bias? Where can you get new earpads with dampening foam? Thanks

Red Wine Audio had one, but no longer make it.  I haven't been able to find one used.   I was wondering if there was another option.

I think BTG Audio can make it a 4 pin XLR with single entry.

 

My son has a pair of unmodded AKG 7xx that I bought for him at the same time as I got mine.  I compared them while playing Jack Johnson and it just seemed that with the modded AKG's the sound seemed further apart and more like a live show.  It reminded me of using something like Out of Your Head...

LIO with AVC tubestage, Mosfet, Headphone amp with balanced input, DAC.  Using a modded Beyerdyanmic T1, with a removable balanced cable by BTG Audio.  Using Roon fed to a squeezebox touch as an endpoint.

I compared the ZuperDac to the Cozoy Astrapi and I like them both but prefer the Cozoy.

I have a first edition 7XX and I had them modded by BTG Audio to dual entry and an XLR cable.  Sound stage improved significantly.

Is there a reversible way to add the spacers to Alessandro MS Pro's or do you have to glue them?

Just picked one of these up and I prefer it to my Zorloo ZuperDac.  Music seems more lively and I like the smaller form factor and belt clip.

Picked up my LIO the other day, and I have to say the headphone amp has just blown me away!  I will try to do a review after I have some more quality time with it.
