Philips Fidelio X2?!
I realized my concern was actually not the glue but the imbalances people had on some older X2's.- s2g-unit

My Denon 2112Ci makes my headphones sound better than my Fiio K1?? What reasonably priced DAC/AMP next?
I'm currently testing on my HD280 Pro's and the bass is much better, cleaner and more full coming out of the headphone jack of my Denon 2112Ci compared my simple Fiio K1. I'm planning on buying the HD58x's. Using the Hd58x, what would be the disadvantage of using the receiver (a few feet behind...- s2g-unit

Is there is a similar mod for the 58x? Only asking because I'd like to try and only have one proper cable for mic &...- s2g-unit

Philips Fidelio X2?!
I was leaning towards buying some hD58x's for gaming, Hip-Hop, House but I am now considering the X2's also because after some reading, they might give me a bit more oomph in music & games in the lower end. If I decide on a pair of X2's, I read about QC issues with glued pads a few years ago...- s2g-unit

There is no perfect headphone, I know that but I've had the HD280 Pro's for a few years but find them a bit sweaty and annoying when gaming because I can't hear myself speak when gaming. So I just picked up the Sennheiser Game One's to see what a basic set of open backed headphones could do...- s2g-unit

How are you guys backing up these dual SDXC iPod back to your PC? Do we still need the dual firewire cable to prevent the battery from dying while copying files to and from the dual SDXC iPods?- s2g-unit

With you guys loading more than 30 000 songs on a 64MB board, how much metadata do you have? Artwork? year? Genre etc? Or are you just using artist & track names for your files?- s2g-unit
