Don't remember if I asked already, but what dac/amp are you using?

Just another opinion. Won't judge Two based on it. Definitely will try and listen myself.

To me it's not a damage, but just a seam, like glued/welded two plastic parts. Don't see it as a crack or anything like that. And like I said earlier, would never even paid attention to this if you wouldn't mention. I am not looking at my headphones, but listening the music.

Well, contact HEDD support and/or return them. What's the problem? You obviously will be happier without them, since these "damages" are bothering you so much.

Why would you even think that these are cracks? To me these are just seams between upper and lower part of the cover. Mine has exactly the same. Never even bothered to think about them. Unbelievable how picky people can be.

Talk to HEDD support then. Just curious, are you eating while listening? Otherwise I can't even imagine what else can cause crinkling during playback.

Issue 1 is absolutely normal imho. There is no crinkling during playback.

Good to know, as for me RME ADI-2 DAC did not give the best synergy with HEDDphone One.

What were the dac and headphone amp?

Zero difference was in my case after 100 hours of burn-in.

Heddphone One doesn't get anything from burn-in.
