Thanks...I really like the size and screen on the Hiby but it seems the Opus#2 has better sound. Is the Opus#2 that much better? Have you compared them?

Can someone shed some light on the Opus#2 vs. Hiby R6? I'm jumping to a new DAP and I am torn between the two. Is an Opus#4 omg the horizon? Should I wait? Thanks.

I used to be very active on here but you know how these forums go. I know this is a dead horse but I'm looking for a sub $1,200.00 DAP that is very pocketable but also gives me the best sound bang for the buck. My home system is naim (digital) or Rega (LP) > Naim > Sonus Faber/Linn...

The 800s convey what is put into them. That being said you need quality or it will sound like crap. I was thinking of a pair but I'm going to wait until after I upgrade my creek to a naim headline...that is the weakest link in my hifi (which is fine since 95% of my listening is through speakers).
