great, thanks streetdragon.   i just transitioned to fubar2000 as my audio listening program [from winamp].  currently, the lower adjustments with this programs EQ is: 55 hz, 77 hz, 110 hz, 156 hz. I have yet to find a way to enable a more granular eq adjustments, or anything sub 55 hz...
