Most Comfortable, Lowest Profile, Over-Ear Leak-Proof Portables
I'm actually really interested in the Phiaton MS 300. Do you know what the difference is between them and the PS 320's? I wasn't aware they all were made of carbon fiber, this is very exciting news for me. The 300's look as if they'd engulf the ear as well, but I can't find the greatest pictures...- RogerMo

Most Comfortable, Lowest Profile, Over-Ear Leak-Proof Portables
Discuss!! But seriously, I'm looking for a pair of phones that completely engulf my ear, have soft, comfortable pads and are very lightweight. All recommendations are highly appreciated, as I'm looking to make a quick purchase. I like the look/feel of the senn 228's, but i hear their sound...- RogerMo

Which Amp to Pair with Senn HD 25-1 II: $100-$200?
Do you think it was a worthwhile upgrade? I've been hearing that the difference an amp makes is negligible with the senns, so I was thinking of spending a little more money on an ibasso toucan that I could use with my other 'phones, and hopefully that quality jump would be noticeable with the...- RogerMo

Which Amp to Pair with Senn HD 25-1 II: $100-$200?
Hey people, I just picked up a pair of Senn HD 25-1 II's and am looking for an amp to pair them with (source=ipod classic). I'd really like something that can bring out their bass, and I understand amps perform much differently with different hardware. Has anyone had any positive combinations...- RogerMo

Super hip and cool over-ear portables
Sorry, I was a bit rushed. I'm trying to research these things on my own, but it's a confusing subject matter and one which i'm far from accustomed. $100 is about what I'd like to spend, it's a very flexible number though. If someone says spending the extra few dollars will get me something that...- RogerMo

Which of the mentioned headphones would you consider most comfortable? Or, most comfortable headphones that haven't been mentioned? I'd like them to stay on my head, with a small can that just barely fits all the way around my ear, not supra-aural (which means on the ear, if i'm correct?)- RogerMo

Those MS400's are pretty cool, unique at least. A bit gaudy. They are a bit on the expensive side, though. No harm mralexosborn =p I like a more simplistic look. Really feeling the http://www.accessoryjack.com/Detail.bok?no=1707 <ATH WS70's and the AKG K480NC...- RogerMo

Whoaaa I didn't realize they were so.. chromey. They're just about the only ones I can find pictures of people actually wearing, appearantly there was no sun. SQ5's are weird looking, to me. I'd prefer something ovaler.- RogerMo

Says the prancing unicorn.. The HD 25-1's are quite cool, although I'm confused as to which are the ones with such rave reviews since there are so many different similar model numbers and I understand they don't make a few anymore. I suppose I should have simply said "low-profile," forgive...- RogerMo

I already have some monster turbines, which I'm satisfied with for the price. The logic behind getting an over the ear is that i hate having to pull up my hat, take off my gloves, remove headphones and THEN shout at the hunnies. It's tedious.- RogerMo

Hahaha it's been a while since /x/ for me, but ITZ FONE!11!! And I was using the word "trolling" as the old-fashioned forum phrase that is more synonymous to trolling a boat, to catch fishies. A paced, long lasting browse, if you will. Bridge not necessary.- RogerMo

Alright, I've been trolling these forums for some years and have used advice found on many occasions, but a busy life is impeding my research time and I figure it's time to ask the community directly. Here is my situation, tell me what to buy. I'm a college student. The time I don't spend...- RogerMo
