Its easy to capture frequency response of any song using apps like Ozone. Its extremely useful   you set it to capture play song through completely or segment of a song, it averages and present the frequency response of the song as i pictured above, just like an FR graph for headphones.  ...

  I think in order to measure neutrality it needs to be done directly against a songs freq analysis then matched against how the headphones produce that song, done across a broad spectrum of songs. This would give consumers a greater insight into the headphones without even listening to them...

but if you were to buy all the invidual components from Beyer which you can, and built t1s it would cost pretty much full price. Audeze prices means the headband costs more than the driver , over $1000usd

this I don't get with audeze. The driver replacement cost is low in comparison to the price of the outright headphones, showing that the headphones are overpriced by a large margin. Eg T1 replacement drivers are $250usd but T1 is half the price of the lcd-x.

but alternate cables make no sonic difference. The only scenario in which they can make a difference is when replacing a cable that has a audible fault such as loose wires or no sound.

Not too sure what youre asking here , what's the problem?, your magnets are too powerful and stuff keeps flying across the room and sticking to your headphones?
