So my earphones came in today! Pretty excited. All in all, the total time it took from mailing to receiving was about 3.5 weeks. Here is a very initial review/impression. I got a nice carrying case with cleaner, my old SE 530 shells, and an extra cable (im pretty sure its the $22 option.)...

Just a quick update and also a shameless bump....Sam told me my remolded se530s were sent back today. Soooo maybe I'll get them back next week...or the week after The turn around time was very quick for me. It only took two weeks for UM to finish reshelling my earphones. Total time so far...

@MaoDi, Ahh that makes sense...I guess forex wasn't nice to me the day I asked for a quote.

@royhendo I don't mean to make you more confused, but I was quoted $90 from Sam to remold my SE 530s which also have 3 drivers as your TF-10s do. Perhaps they have different pricing scales from tf-10s and the se-530? Can MaoDi or someone else confirm? I read from earlier posts that it was $88...

@ barleyguy I also thought about sending my earphones to null audio. However, I did the math, and its only slightly worth it if you wanted the enyo cable. Otherwise, going through UM directly is cheaper. I didn't know they only charge $10 return shipping...thats good information to know, and...

An update on my order: Talked to sam yesterday and confirmed that he received my earphones. I used the USPS Express Mail Service and insured it for $350. From Hawaii, that cost $31. Shipping took 6 days. I ordered the purple storm cable, solid black earpiece with grey artwork. quoted...
