Good Headphones for EDM
So, I finally got the Sony MDR-1A! I've only had them for about 4 days, so here are my first impressions: Very, VERY comfortable. Nuff said. I was already set on the design, I love it. These seem pretty durable (the cables are really nice), but when I stretch the headband it creaks a bit. Sound...- Renzuken

Sony MDR-1A vs Bowers and Wilkins P7
Hey again! So, I heard about the P7 a while back, and I like them a lot. But I can't decide between the Sonys and the P7. So, which one is better for artists like Haywyre and Virtual Riot?- Renzuken

Well it is official now no audio jack on iPhone 7
I came here for the jokes, and what did I get? Nothing. But hey, at least you are taking this seriously. Oh yeah, who sold more phones? Because I'm sure as heck Samsung didn't. See, the thing is, Apple just manages to sell better. It doesn't really matter how good their phones are, this is...- Renzuken

Need advice
The Sony MDR-XB950s are really good with bass, a mic, and they are really comfortable. You can find them on Amazon for $100 dollars, too. However, the wireless versions, which cost $180, feature NFC, a mic, and a bass-boosting feature which will faulter the sound quality a bit. I suggest the...- Renzuken

Good Headphones for EDM
Edit: I have heard the Sony's through different headphones, and now I can hear tthe difference. The soft signature works well, whereas the highs are still detailed enough to sound good, and the mids have a nice creamy-ness to it. All to help the bass sound full, rich and substantial. Not exactly...- Renzuken

Good Headphones for EDM
So, I have heard a sound demo of the Sony's, and they sound quite muffled, and I don't really like it. You can hear it on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4Ls4kawqus Does it sound the same as the actual headphones? Because, if it does, I'll try the Fostex TH-X00, and I have heard...- Renzuken

I've heard a sound demo of it through Youtube (Thanks, Zeos!), and it sounded quite soft. Go see it for yourself with different headphones, I'll have the link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4Ls4kawqus If you have heard it, does it sound the same as the actual headphones?- Renzuken

Good Headphones for EDM
Well, that actually sounds really convincing. But I heard that the bass on those cans is uncontrolled. Is that true?- Renzuken

Good Headphones for EDM
So, I have narrowed down my choices. There are 3 other headphones that I looked at a lot. Here they are: 1) V-Moda Crossfade M-100 2) Sony MDR-1A 3) Oppo PM-3 The Th-X00 seem like a great choice as well. So, between those 4 headphones, which do you, in my case, reccomend the most?- Renzuken

So you all suggest The TH-X00, and I heard Z review it. Looks and sounds really good! Any other suggestions not from Fostex, just to compare?- Renzuken
