So should I look at wattage and  reviews? Are there any brands you recommend. Any I should steer clear of?

I've decided on a 2.1 set up for in home listening. 2 Adam A7Xs and a Adam Sub8. I currently own Denon AHD2000s so I want to incorporate those as well. I wanted to hook up my record player to a Schiit mani, and have that go into Schiit Asgard 2. From there I'd plug the speakers into the output...

How do you hook up a subwoofer to your emotivia 5s? I was having trouble figuring out if that's even possible.
