Review: 1964 Ears V3 triple driver custom IEM (updated 10/24/12)
Quote: I went with the triples the first time around and loved them. I was hesitant myself when I first got into customs, but once you do, you'll notice how much you use them. After a flight where I found out upon landing that a child had been crying behind me the entire trip (both on...- Region2

1964 EARS V6 Thread
Glad there's a little warning on the V3s. Give me time to save up for the others in their line up. I've been letting the wallet recover, but getting updates on fb keeps dragging me back in!- Region2

Breaking news! Chinese company acquires Stax..
My goodness, say this isn't true! Now I regret not getting the SR009 early. Screw this vacation abroad, should have put this money into a nice pair of headphones. I know we shouldn't talk about foreign policies, but you can't help thinking it. Any change, particular a big change to...- Region2

It's Official: NY Area Meet, November 12, 2011
Finally got a chance to peek into head-fi and I am pumped. The new LCD3 and the SR-009! I know my ears will rejoice but my wallet will be seeking a restraining order after this meet.- Region2

Audeze LCD-3 Impressions and Reviews
I can't believe there are LCD-3's. And that price. I need to hear how it sounds in comparison to the O2 mk1 before I'd pull the trigger on it. There's definitely gonna be buyers for the LCD-3--come on, this is head-fi--but I'm sure it's gonna turn off quite a few people price wise. For...- Region2

Thunderpants (T50RP mod) Group Buy
I'm interested. I've always wanted to hear a pair of thunderpants and for the lack of seeing any at the meets lately, I'm fairly tempted to pick one up. Once you guys confirm the design for the group buy, I'll confirm whether or not I'm interested. A lot of great ideas are floating around, so...- Region2

beginner help
Quote: x2 on Tangent. His videos are clear and the examples he shows makes it very simple to understand. Even now I'll rewatch his videos and pick up small things he does and it strengthens up the basics.- Region2

Got my headphones today and....
Most of the time the comment field is useless, but when they take that extra step to do even silly things like that it makes me like a company all the more. I hope the headphones you got sound better than the awesome unicorn drawing- Region2

10pcs Spider Pocket Speaker Giveaway! Facebook Campaign
This would be great for the office or particularly for camping/traveling. Sounds like a great way to listen to music when on the go. As much as I'd like to always have headphones on, sometimes it's just not possible or just terribly inconvenient.- Region2

Mini-Review: HeadAmp KGSS vs Blue Hawaii SE
Great review, Asr, it summed up a lot of my feelings. That's why I'm really excited to hear what the KGSSHV would sound like the BH. I doubt it's going to sound that sonically different, but it might be a nice big step between the KGSS and the BH. And I agree the O2+BH combo must be...- Region2

I HATE tracking codes.
I do that all the time. I will constantly refresh it to see where it is at any given time. It's horrible when you see it's at a station an hour's drive away but they hold it for a couple of days--UPS I'm looking at you--but it's a great surprise when you see it's updated to come early. ...- Region2

Sub $100 cans, v6 still a solid choice?
I prefer my 7506 (pretty much the same as the V6) for quite a few things such as how well it's so forward with vocals, but I find the M50 to bit better in regards to music and overall. That said, I'd recommend the OP go to a store and try auditioning them. There should be a few...- Region2

New Jersey Meet -- Aug 6, 2011 -- Post Pics/Impressions Here
Seems I'm last with the impressions again Once again John and Larry pulled off a great meet. What we didn't have in the amount of people we made up for in quality. There was a lot of quality gear and great people with amazing conversations everywhere. For me, the LCD2 out of the...- Region2
