Hi all! need some info on neckbands.. are they good? pricey? the neckbands i found so far was iGrado, Sennheiser PMX100/200 PMX 680 Sports. which one is the best for their price?

My friend is looking for a portable headphone with a budget about less than $150. His preferred music are pop and jazz so i don't think he'll need powerful bass. so suggestions anyone?
