Anyone use with KSC75?

With the change in seasons I've switched how I use the Cayin, and the unexpected pauses have stopped. During the winter, I am in and out of the device often (everyday), downloading new music and podcasts. My listening often switches between podcasts and music. I listen for about an hour or...

That has been my experience also. When you have a signal, sound is good. Is there a fix? My only solution was just to keep the player in line of sight, or at least in line with the side of the earphones with the bluetooth receiver.

They are Anker SoundBuds and JLab Audio Epic2. I'm loving this unit otherwise (except for the periodic pauses).

FWIW I've given up using the bluetooth function as it does not work well with various in-ear bluetooth earphones. If the player is right in front of me and I don't turn my head to block the signal, it works OK.

I have not seen any consistency in freezing between the two cards, or the type of file (FLAC or MP3). FWIW, I have never had a freeze while playing back podcasts. Podcasts are downloaded and stored on the internal memory and are low resolution MP3 files.

Andy: Will the new firmware resolve the pausing/skipping issue? This afternoon, in the space of a half-hour, the player paused three times. Playing FLAC file, using the audiophile mode (or whatever you call it). Display was off. Playing from a SD card. Otherwise, I'm loving this player...

You may have reached nirvana. I'm continually surprised at how great the KSC75's sound.

Had these for a few months now and just love them, especially for the price.  Clear.  Need a bit of bass. Wouldn't have given them a second look but for this review.  Thanks Mark.

On replay or resume, either from a shutdown or pause, does the track start playing on own or do you need to also press play?  I'm used to the FiiO, which plays on resume, but I just bought a PlenueD, which does not (you need to press play).  Because of the way I use my player, the PlenueD...

Triple flanges from Ety in the past have been real horror shows but I found the ones that shipped with the 4XR to be OK, and I even used them for awhile before shifting back to Comply this past weekend.  

These really are a lot of fun.  I didn't need them, and bought on a lark.  Test is that I haven't stopped using them since purchase.   Accessories are not a factor for me, and these essentially have none.
