Mike, I like the idea of dividing the meet room. I haven't listened to a good 2-channel rig in a long time so I'm definitely game for Zu attending and having their stuff for us to listen to. And like you said, it's not as if meets are quiet at all. Woohoo....post #420 for me!!!

I got a chance to listen to this wonderful little amp for a few days. I found that for the price, it's a REALLY good value. The top end is slightly rounded as expected from the tube design but not fuzzy or veiled. Bass is nice and solid. Soundstage is acceptable but not wide/large. However...

The Raptor doesn't have a stepped attenuator....

Just wanted to chime in here....but first of all thanks to Miguel for graciously loaning me his Solo SRG! I was surprised on how small the footprint of this amp is, much much smaller than the Extreme. Test Rig: Source: Headamp Pico DAC and ALO Wooden V-Cap Dock (both playing lossless files)...
