    I have this DAC. To check/change the mains voltage you must remove the top cover. There are 4 Allen bolts that need to be removed, 2 on the side 2 on the back.   Warning you need imperial allen key - the nearest metric size will spin in the bolthead and damage it making it harder to remove.  ...
