The 2 pin connectors on these are too short - they won’t stay in my custom iem as I twist into my ear. It’s literally impossible for them to stay connected. The curve of the ear hooks is too small and too tight a ‘curl’ so it keeps pulling out as it’s twisted into my ears Very frustrating. It will NOT stay in the iem. I have been unable to hear this product once - because the two pins keep falling out. I would not trust this to stay in my iem I would be scared to lose then from falling out. Very disappointed. It sits on a shelf - unused...
