Which BNC cables do you use? It happened to me twice that a BNC cable supplied with Dave or Mscaler did not make good contact. Before shipping your Scaler do comparative tests.....

The only thing I can tell you is that I connected the ethernet cable and tried everything: several times I did the factory reset through the menu from the side button, reinstalled the Gofigure app and, again with the side button, from the menu, I I did the software update.....at a certain point...

And the new dedicated power supply will also help performance, I'm really curious about first impressions.

Make one last attempt, if you haven't already done so, try connecting it with an ethernet cable and without using the app, use the menu via the side button and select the firmware update.

I also had problems updating, I reset several times, reinstalled the app on the iPhone and in the end 1.6.1 appeared. I don't know which intervention of mine was the decisive one. Chord could do better.....

An uncompromising power supply designed by Rob would be very interesting, who knows what characteristics the Dave will take on.......

I'm having a very interesting experience, in mid-November I added the DC4 ARC6 and the capacitor board to the Dave, now that it's starting to stabilize, I really like the result. I had sensed the enormous potential of the Dave during a listen on August 13th, presumably the production activities...

I don't know exactly how but now I have version 1.6.1, maybe it worked by selecting from the button instead of from the app.....it seems that everything is the same as before. I would be curious to know the reason for 1.6.1, maybe it has to do with shutting down a mysqueeze server....I don't...

I tried from the iPad, I did a factory reset, connected to the network with a cable but nothing. Maybe the update is geographically split, I'll wait a few days and if I still can't, I'll contact Ed.
