It sounds like the HM5/FA003 would fit your bill. If someone else could comment on the viability of them being portable I'm not sure how often they're used for that. Although if you do get a portable amp they should be fine.

Honestly I think you would be best off with the HPs in that Jaycar link, it's a really good price for them. If you're worried about them not having a brand or anything they're the same as the Fischer Audio FA-003 and the Brainwavz HM5.

If you're set on either the Siberia or the A30 then get the Siberia. They're both probably not that great but I see more people at LANs with the Siberia and they look a little bit more comfortable.

From what I've read around here you should of gotten the 80Ohm Pro version if you want bass.

If you can get the voice through your headphones (I don't know anything about xbox) then it shouldn't cut your game volume, if it's anything like any PC voice program. As for a microphone I would recommend the ModMic. you can stick it right to the side of the DT770.
