It's a good deal, but I have read some reviews about Comp-U-Plus that complain about their bad service. People have their product arrive weeks later and sometimes never get it at all. I have not had any experience with them at all, but just a precaution.

When music is playing to my amp, should I turn it on with the volume at my desired music level or should I have at the lowest and turn it up? Or does it not matter? I am afraid that by turning it on with music playing at a loud level that it will damage the amp/headphones.

You can get a "headphone cord holder". I have the Sony EX71s and it comes with this plastic squished egg shape holder and it rocks. I'm sure you can find 3rd party holders without having to resort to buying the EX71s.
