    iPod 4G or Chroma????

Quote: When is the 5G slated? I'd guess summer of 2005, given that the 4G came out last summer, and the 3G the summer before that. And I got my 3G a few days before the 4G came out. Although I like the looks of the 3G better.

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

By the way, how is ordering things from Toddthevinyljunkie.com? I'm debating where to order from. Because you don't get free shipping at Todd's site like you do at other sites, but if the customer support/shipping time is great, then I'd rather pay the few bucks for shipping.

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

Quote: IMO, don't spend $15 on bowls...buy a good CD instead! I've plenty of those I want to buy!

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

Well, it's official. I'm going to buy the SR-60s. Now, is it a must for me to get the bowl pads? I mean, they are $15... that seems like a lot for headphone pads. I know the comfies are bad compared to them, but is it really worth the $15?

    NYC headphone dealers?

Now if only there were a place to buy headphones in the Buffalo, New York area...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

Are the comfies, in fact... comfy? And how much better do they sound with the bowl pads?

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

By the way, what pads do the SR-60s ship with? I've noticed some pictures have the comfies, some have the bowls, and some have the flats. Because I'm pretty sure that I don't want the comfies. EDIT: And also, where is the recommended place to buy them? It surely has to be online, as...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

How can you tell when looking at headphones, which ones do or do not need an amp to sound good? I like those Sennheiser HD280 Pros you talk about, but when you say that the only things that don't go loud enough are things not from the big 5 labels, I'm worried, considering almost everything I...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

Well, I don't want earbuds for on this occasion. I just want a pair that doesn't require an amp, doesn't leak a lot of sound, is portable, and has a pretty good sound quality. All under $100. Which I'm not sure is very possible. Although I must say, the Grado SR60s are still high on my...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

I know, I know. I just wasn't really thinking right when I said that them resting on your ears would cause leaking. But now that I know how much they leak, I'm thinking that a pair of closed may be better. But I still have little money...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

Hmm... 75%? That's quite a big turn off for me. Especially considering the fact that next year, I'm going away to college, and I'm sure that my roommate wouldn't appreciate hearing my music whenever I'm listening to it. So, are there any closed, less-leaky headphones around the price of...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

How bad is the sound leaking? Bad to the point where if you're in a place with little sound, everybody will hear it? I do care, but not THAT much. If the sound leaking is really bad, I'll probably just end up getting a cheap pair of earbuds or something. Also, my music is encoded in...

I'm thinking of buying Grado SR-60s... good idea?

Okay, as much as I love music, I don't want to spend a fantastic amount of money on a pair of headphones--I want something relatively cheap. However, when looking at some pictures of the Grado SR60s, it appears that they don't actually go over the ear. This makes me think that there would be...
