i was playing physical Atmos content disk..

i tried to switch from the different hdmi input but same issue

Please note that I didn t activated and upgraded to DTSX and Auro yet

also tried switching to the generic BBC room for atmos and it s still playing content in Dolby Audio (Dolby Digital)...

I turned it off and it didnt solve the issue...

my player is the panasonic UB820 and i don t think that it has secondary audio output option

I tested the virtual room with native Atmos content like 4k movies etc

what do you mean by secondary audio off?

done the factory restore before and the update to firmware2.12 went smoothly etc
