Having owned the OG Sus and now the UN, I loved both (as well as the Immanis) with the standard Envy. Yes, I do have TM 300B and many great drivers and this helps. Is this UN version better? Perhaps, but I'm happy with my Envy and have no plans for replacing it.

Oh well, I at least have 6DJ8 / 6922 / 7308 sitting in boxes unused. I suppose I should send Deyan a PM and get some walnut 6SN7 - E88CC adapters!

I have the UN and Immanis and I like them both!

I was likely trying to be too careful while placing the Sus and Immanis on the metal ROOMS stand and went with a walnut version.

I'll let you snag a pair @chesebert!:confused: I'm the first to say that life isn't without risk and you can't insure yourself for all outcomes but..........I personally need to weigh risk / reward as well and this one is a hard NO for me. Anyone seriously considering these B stock WE, ask...

I owned the metal ROOMS model, with adjustable height, but sold them for the basic wood version when I found I needed to be careful with the metal stand.

I do miss this fun and informative thread when it goes quiet for a few days BUT......... I didn't expect to come home to this many posts staring our friends at ASR, graphs and lots of petty bickering. :confused: I'm a still a very happy Immanis owner and have always used a Rooms stand for my pair.

Yeah, $400 for WE300B B-stock would be a complete gamble..........with the potential for an ugly ending. We all like a deal, but this one is no deal at all!

Is the silver wire used in the new STAR-6 /12 still available?
