I use stock tips with removed metallic filter. Thats like a eartip II medium size from stock complect, but looks much more coolest, than grey tips.- NoPainNoGain

Yes, T1 cable is balanced. If you can use this cable as balanced you can cut it near 6.3mm jack and solder your XLR jack. Madskillz paint here:- NoPainNoGain

Stereo jack - 3 pin XLR stereo - 4 pin You can use this adapter for connect your balanced headphones to standart stereo output. But not to connect stereo to xlr. XLR-connect headphones need 4 wires minimum.- NoPainNoGain
