had the same thing happen to me. you can call them and give them your e-mail address and they will send you all the shipping details, etc. my ship charges came to about $4.85 for a META42 parts list.

Enjoy it! Now that you have the RS1, you will need to buy the RA1. next. This is a great combo that will really make the RS1 shine! It's my favorite pair now... Now, I need a better amp to work with my Senn HD600.
