    What's your opinion/experience of the Opera as a pre-amp in a source-opera-poweramp-speaker-rig (not used as head-amp)? Jan

"Price DEFINITELY a factor" amp for AKG K1000

This is one of the most interesting threads of the last months. I'm learning a lot and ordered a TA-10 to take the plunch.

    Opera – A first review

Arnaud, good comments. I agree:the amp is really very good. The internal DAC sounds middle of the road to me. A good CDP in the > 1500 EURO range wille provide in almost all cases a better internal DAC (it's also more expensive). The Opera's internal DAC is a handy solution for resources with...

    Amp for GS-1000

    Opera – A first review

That's up to you. In (nearly) high end a small progression can cost a lot of money since price is no object I mean, its very personal. I should not hesitate and recommend the Opera. But who am I, my Chord interconnect was more expensive than the Opera. I know, it's stupid....

    Opera – A first review

My Opera has > 180 hours of burn in now. The sound improved noticeable as far I can remember the initial sound (It sounds better compared to my AVM V3 now, wich was initial not the case, if I can use that as a benchmark for an A/B compare). From the start I found the Opera better for GRADO's...
