I use LG quad dac phone. There is something about 16/44.1 resample to 16/48. Therefore, if you want to play at original 44.1 sample rate: - Poweramp need force 24 bit - Neutron auto "upscale" to 32 bit, and display 32 bit, 44.1Khz when i play 16/44.1 song. - UAPP, i dont know. Only for LG quad...
