Recommendations for a fun IEM with prominent bass and lush mids for small ears?
Quote: Unfortunately I can't stretch the budget. The JVCs are interesting, but reviews indicate that the highs are sharp, which I can't handle for very long. I look more into them though, thanks.- nate5709

Recommendations for a fun IEM with prominent bass and lush mids for small ears?
Hey everyone, I'm looking for a new pair of IEMs. I currently have the Fischer Audio Eternas, which sound great, but get uncomfortable after an hour or two of use. The Eternas are simply too big for my ears. I'd like something that will fit my ears well while having a similar sound...- nate5709

Portable, compact headphones with warm sound?
Hey everyone, I'm looking for a pair of portable headphones for a friend. He listens to classical, jazz, and older rock/pop music so he'd like a warm, but not bass-heavy, sound signature. Intimate mids are desired. He currently has a pair of JVC S700s, which are good in every respect...- nate5709

Looking for Very Comfortable Headphones
I'm looking for a pair of headphones that are very comfortable, as my head is really sensitive. To give you an idea of what I mean, I have a pair of Beyer DT770s that give me a headache after an hour. I'd like them to sound warm with some emphasis on the bass, full mids, and an immersive...- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
Yeah, the M11+ has a bit better clarity and separation, but the Eterna's sound so much nicer. Also, to me, the M11+ has somewhat recessed mids.- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
Ha wow the Eterna's are so much better. The sound really draws you in...M11+'s don't even compare in my opinion. Thanks for all the help guys.- nate5709

bassiest iem <$130
Quote: Really? Well I don't think the M11+ has enough bass, so... --connor--, you may have to deal with over-the-ear IEM's if you want the highest class bass-heavy stuff in your price range :-/- nate5709

bassiest iem <$130
You wouldn't want the Eterna's; they're over-the-ear. The Sony MDR-XB40EX has a lot of bass, as does the Hippo VB.- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
Can anyone comment on the HJE900's bass and soundstage compared to the Eterna's?- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
It looks like the Eterna's are the best for me, but I would still like to hear from someone about the bass and soundstage of the HJE900's.- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
Quote: Of course I use an equalizer if the sound isn't to my liking, but it can only help so much. The EQ on my mp3 player is decent; I would probably be okay will something like the Eterna's if I upped the treble levels a bit. The EQ doesn't help much with bass impact though if the...- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
The Eterna v1 or v2? I've read the v1 has a better soundstage, but both versions do look pretty enjoyable to listen to. As for the Silver Bullets, how powerful and deep is the bass? As I've said before, the M11+ isn't quite enough for me. Also, I'm now seriously considering getting...- nate5709

IEM's with powerful bass, large soundstage, sparkly treble
Quote: I'd say I prefer the second option, but I'm not entirely certain. Has anyone here heard the DT770/80's? If so, can you describe the soundstage? I'm not really experienced with this sort of thing. I will say that the DT770/80's are perfect for games; I can easily find people...- nate5709
