No more impressions about these cans? Mods, recabling, amp matching... This is it? end of the way?

Hey there,    Been testing the FSP for a few days and wanted to share my humble inpressions, really nice and refined closed cans I have to say. Only a few hours of burn in though. I will also make a few comparisons with other closed studio headphones  like the DT150 and AKGK271s FSP offer...

Any thought about the Mad Dogs Pro with Alpha Pads? Would you consider these cans as an upgrade of the K271´s?

So, what'd be the best closed cans for a Heed Canamp?

Great idea about the Beyers, I can order them from Amazon, yeah. They seem to be build like a tank. May they pair well with the Canamp?

Thanks again Valetudoguy, those Paradigm look nice but I already have some reference monitors for studio use. Same happens with the ATC SCM7, seems to be the perfect speakers for my situation but I´m afraid they can be too analytical (boring), lean sounding at low volumes. SCM7, Dynaudio 2/7...

Yes, ATC and Dynaudio demand a gutsy amp with lots of current. My amp delivers 100w but it´s signal quality could be improved. Basically, I need some easy to place with good bass standmount speakers for about 600€. What would be your choice? 

What about getting some used ATC SCM7? Any experience with them?

Yeah, the k702 sings with the Canamp, also (and even better for my ears) the closed k271 is a golden match for that amp. I own both and the k271 are my reference cans for mixing except for measuring very deep bass freqs -from 40 - 80hz- where the k701 becomes a more precise tool. Both cans...
