In my experience, iBasso will send using fastest courier service, as soon as you give them the tracking number of the returned device. I did not had to wait more than a few days to receive a replacement.  The thing is once you start listening to it, it's pretty addictive :)

Hi all, I'm not sure if it's been raised already but when browsing Artists in Mango pure player, we get the list of albums from selected Artist. In Android player, we get all tracks instead of the albums. It makes browsing an artist/album difficult. Is it a bug? Is there a setting to change...

I received today a replacement unit from iBasso, and the issue I had on the previous unit is now a past thing ... the GUI is fast and responsive.

I had extreme and severe lag, and after troubleshooting with Paul, we came to the conclusion that my device is defective and it's been returned for exchange. It's obviously an isolated issue.

No I didn't rolled back the firware and won't even try (I already had the issue with previous FW). My feeling is that my unit is either having major hardware issue, or maybe slightly off-range calibration which could be solved by a firmware. If next FW can't solve it, I'll return it, simple ...
