Meze 99 Classics Discussion + Impressions Thread
Random question, anyone got an old pair of the stock Meze 99 pads they're not using? I heard they work well on MDR-7506s, need to replace my old pads.- Moebius

Lightly used Philips Fidelio X2HR Open-Air Headphones w/ 50mm drivers, perhaps 20 hours or so. Not sure what happened to the original cable but includes a V-Moda BoomPro in-line microphone cable instead, plus a pack of wind covers. Excellent condition, just a little dusty. Bent Crayon, also in Lakewood, Ohio (just west of Cleveland) is a nice shop. They have a good selection of electronic music in particular. They do mail order as well, although their page is a bit broken at the moment... -
Old Pa, May I respectfully ask if I can have a 50th Anniversary Bicycle Thread?
Is that a fixie ricksome? Looks very nice. I have a Breezer Uptown 8 that I use for commuting (at least, when it's not snowy). I admit the geek in me had to have the internal hub gear, and I've really been enjoying it. The dynamo hub that powers the lights is pretty cool too; I like the idea...- Moebius

Durable, HQ, non sweaty, not in-ear, unamped headphones for ipod?
I liked my old pair of Audio Technica ATH-EM7s. They clip on over your ear lobes so the headphones themselves don't actually touch your ears. So you shouldn't have any problems with sweatiness. I don't think they make the EM7s anymore but they have a whole line of similar 'phones. They're not...- Moebius

Replacement headband for DIY ATH-A1000 repair?
I have a set of ATH-A1000 headphones that I really love. Unfortunately, like so many others, I've had problems with the plastic pieces cracking, so much so that the left can has come off completely and is now just connected by the wires themselves. They still work and sound great, though, so...- Moebius

Crossroads Mylar Three, Super.fi sound?
I was just looking at Jaben's site earlier today and went to look back just now and all the sudden I see a new item showing up - "CrossRoads MylarOne XB Earphone (With Free Timbuk2 iPod Flip Case)" for $65, $8 more than the X3 price. Is this a new model? Anyone have any information about it?- Moebius
