Sony Walkman custom firmware (non-Android)
I would recommend to check all versions and find out what you like. That's the beauty of this firmware, I think.- Mixmastermike

Sony Walkman custom firmware (non-Android)
This "one" version with wm1z tuning just ticks the buttons for me, alternative dac u3 gain 1. Using beyerdynamics DT1350. I honestly didn`t think it would get any better than the versione before "one". Very minimal eq needed for my taste.- Mixmastermike

Sony Walkman custom firmware (non-Android)
That`s correct, just to be sure, I checked all 3 first menues in settings, twice. There is no "Language", checked with google lens too, nothing. If you want me to post screens here of all 3 first menues I can do that no problem.- Mixmastermike

Question. Is there any possibillities to controll the wm1a trough my android phone via Bluetooth? Just seems like a waste buying the remote, especially when it double or mre in price... I mean, I can controll it trough my stearing wheel buttons in my car...- Mixmastermike

I'm mostly lurking atm, but still enjoying the software mods, really amazing. Can't really think I will ever want to sell my wm1a, it's so bloody good with the modded firmware. Awaiting new updates, it's like xmas presents, exciting :)- Mixmastermike

I've still been lurking here. Tried loads of cfw with different tunings. Personally, seccond last midnight v2 plus v2 z tuning, higher gain, J, alternate Dac mode, bit eq, dssee AI and arm resonance. Woooooow, it's just such a pleasure to the ear. Listening to all kinds of genres, whatever...- Mixmastermike
